AI acceptable use and content policy

Prohibited content, review, reporting and enforcement for Rumpelstiltskin AI.

Current support channel

Operator: Hou Yudong

Operator location: China

Consenting adults only

Use only a portrait of yourself or another adult who has explicitly agreed to this AI-video use. Do not upload children, public figures, stolen media or another person’s private information. This policy covers uploaded images, generated videos and use of the service to create or distribute content.

Prohibited content

The following categories are prohibited individually, whether uploaded, requested or generated:

  • Child-unsafe content: we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, including AI-generated depictions. Do not upload any image of a child to this service.
  • Sexual content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited, including synthetic or altered depictions.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: do not use a person’s likeness without consent, falsely represent their actions or endorsement, create fake evidence, or impersonate another person for deception, harassment or fraud. Consensual creative dance clips must not be presented as genuine footage.
  • Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture, threats, abuse, or material that encourages or facilitates harm to people or animals is prohibited.
  • Hate, terrorism and extremism: do not target people with dehumanizing or hateful abuse, glorify terrorist violence, recruit for violent extremist groups, or incite violence.
  • Copyright, trademark and other rights infringement: use only material you own or have permission to use, including images and music. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, or imply a false commercial affiliation.

Review and access to content

The generation provider applies its content checks. A confirmed provider rejection or generation failure ends the request and restores its reserved credits once. When the provider successfully returns a video, we check the video delivery specifications and deliver it privately without a human review queue. Provider checks do not guarantee that every violation will be detected.

Do not bypass review, access another customer’s files or account, abuse refunds or credits, or interfere with the service. Media is private by default and is not published in a public gallery.

Enforcement actions

Depending on severity and repetition, we may warn the account holder, reject a request, remove or restrict access to content, suspend an account, or permanently ban access. Serious child-safety or non-consensual intimate-content violations may lead to immediate action. We may preserve relevant evidence and report suspected illegal activity to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

A rejected request restores its reserved generation credits once. Fraudulent or abusively obtained credits may be forfeited where lawful; legitimate unused paid credits remain subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. Enforcement is reviewed by the operator and is not an automatic blanket forfeiture of all paid credits.

Report a concern

Email the support address linked on our Contact page to report unsafe content, non-consensual use or an intellectual-property concern. Include the job reference or affected URL, a description of the concern and how we can contact you. Rights holders should identify the protected work and explain their authority to act. Do not attach suspected CSAM or forward intimate imagery; provide the reference instead.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and provide an initial decision or status update within 7 business days. Suspected child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content and credible threats receive priority, with access restricted promptly when the report can be validated. Complex investigations may take longer; we will communicate the next steps. This is not a continuously staffed emergency service.

Appeals

If you believe an action was mistaken, contact the same support address within 30 days of the notice, include the job or account reference and explain why. The operator will review the decision and aims to respond within 10 business days. We may request evidence of consent or rights. Restrictions may remain in place while an appeal is reviewed.
