The service and eligibility

Rumpelstiltskin AI creates private dance videos from two adult portraits you provide, with a different person in each photo. You must be at least 18 and have permission to use both people’s likenesses. Do not upload children, public figures, stolen media or images you cannot authorize. These Terms, our Content Policy and Refund Policy apply to your use of the service.

Each completed dance is a 10-second vertical video with the fixed music described in the studio. Generation uses Yir with the service’s fixed default model. The generation provider applies its content checks. Generation times vary. Keep your account credentials secure and report unauthorized use through the Contact page.

Uploads and results

You retain your rights in the portraits. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to process, store and review them only to deliver and safeguard the service. You must hold the necessary rights and consent for everything you upload. AI output may vary in likeness, anatomy and motion. Review the result before sharing and disclose that it is AI-generated; do not present it as real footage or imply an endorsement.

Access to a result does not grant rights in a third party’s likeness, trademark or other protected material. The included soundtrack may be used with the delivered video under the applicable license; it may not be extracted, resold or redistributed as a standalone music track.

Credits and purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD, with no automatic renewal. The pricing page and checkout show each pack’s price and included credits before payment. One dance request reserves 60 credits. Credits have no cash or transfer value and are for this service only.

Waffo Pancake processes checkout as merchant of record. Credits are added after payment is verified. Confirmed technical failures and provider rejections restore the reserved credits once. Cash refunds follow our Refund Policy, the terms disclosed before payment and your mandatory consumer rights. A payment redirect alone does not establish successful payment.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service and AI-generated results are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, a particular likeness or artistic result, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI can produce errors. We do not guarantee that a result is suitable for every intended use or free of third-party rights. This does not limit the specific delivery and refund commitments we make to you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or loss resulting from your unauthorized use of a result. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Violations, suspension and termination

We may reject a request, restrict access to or remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms or our Content Policy, fraud, misuse of payments, attempts to bypass safeguards, or a legal requirement. Serious violations, including child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate content, may result in immediate suspension or termination. Where lawful and appropriate, we will explain the action and how to appeal through support.

Fraudulently obtained or abusively issued credits may be revoked to the extent permitted by law. Suspension does not automatically forfeit legitimate unused paid credits: their treatment follows our Refund Policy and mandatory law. If we permanently discontinue your access for reasons other than your breach, contact support for a refund of eligible unused paid credits. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support; records required by law may be retained.

The Contact page identifies the operator, location and support email for this service. Use that channel for billing questions, reports, account requests and appeals. The Content Policy explains prohibited content, enforcement and report-handling times. We will publish material changes to these Terms with an updated date; changes do not remove rights already attached to a purchase.
